Our Commitment

We want you to be completely satisfied with Vendly. If you experience an issue with your subscription, we're here to help. This policy outlines the conditions under which we offer refunds.

1. Free Trial

Vendly offers a free trial period so you can evaluate the Service before committing to a paid plan. We encourage you to fully explore the Service during this period. No credit card is required to start a trial.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a full refund if:

  • You request a refund within 7 days of your initial paid subscription or renewal charge.
  • You have not used a significant portion of the Service's quota (e.g., query limits) for that billing period.
  • You experienced a verified technical issue caused by Vendly that materially prevented use of the Service and was not resolved within a reasonable timeframe.

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will generally not be issued in the following cases:

  • Requests made more than 7 days after the billing date.
  • Accounts that have already received a refund for a prior billing period.
  • Situations where the Service was used substantially during the billing period.
  • Cancellations due to change of mind after the 7-day window.
  • Issues caused by third-party services, database configuration, or factors outside our control.
  • Annual plan refunds after 30 days from the billing date (see Annual Plans below).

4. Annual Plans

For annual subscriptions:

  • A full refund is available within 30 days of the initial purchase or renewal.
  • After 30 days, annual plans are non-refundable. You may cancel to prevent future renewals, and you will retain access until the end of the paid period.
  • Prorated refunds for unused months are not offered.

5. Service Outages

If Vendly experiences a significant service outage (downtime exceeding 99.5% monthly uptime SLA), we may issue service credits at our discretion. Credits will be applied to future billing cycles and do not expire for 12 months. Credits are not redeemable for cash.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please:

  • Email us at billing@vendly.ai with the subject line "Refund Request".
  • Include your account email address and the reason for your request.
  • Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically trigger a refund. Upon cancellation, you retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period.

8. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. For subscriptions already in effect, the policy in place at the time of billing applies.
