Service Description

Vendly provides an AI-powered chatbot service that connects to your Shopify store and social media accounts (Instagram and Facebook) to automate customer conversations, provide product information, and assist with sales and support.

Account Registration

To use Vendly, you must:

  • Have an active Shopify store
  • Provide accurate and complete information during registration
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service
  • Use the service to send spam or unsolicited messages
  • Impersonate another person or entity

Subscription and Payment

Free Trial

We offer a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start your trial. You can cancel anytime during the trial period without being charged.

Paid Subscription

After your trial ends, you will be charged according to your selected plan. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.

Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with our service, contact us within 30 days of your first payment for a full refund.

Data and Privacy

Your use of Vendly is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process data as described in that policy. You retain ownership of all your store data and conversation data. You can export or delete your data at any time.

Service Availability

We strive to provide 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects service availability. We are not liable for any damages resulting from service interruptions.

Limitation of Liability

Vendly and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the service. Your continued use of Vendly after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Termination

You may terminate your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity. Upon termination, your right to use the service immediately ceases.
